For those of you who don’t know me, my name is Dr. Stephen Judah. My first career was as an entrepreneurial psychologist. I eked out a respectable living in that industry for over two decades. But then in 1996 something happened to my business that literally changed my life. One of my employees handed to me a very bad fortune…something called a sexual misconduct lawsuit against him, and by association his supervisors, and my clinic.
After losing everything that I had (including my large practice), I invested all of my resources into finding out what motivated, and created skilled employees of character. Shortly afterwards, I began consulting other businesses on how they could do the same. As you can imagine, I was hooked! So hooked, that I studied ALL of the great motivators and trainers and became obsessed with cultivating the ability to put systems on paper that compel employees to possess both competency and character. And the obsession has paid off handsomely.
Fast forward to the present.
Today, I have joined forces with the Better Business Bureau – Center For Character Ethics, The Zig Ziglar Corporation, the Ohio Department of Education, and The Dibble Institute to spread this message. All of us together provide motivational and skill development information to over 100,000 people all over the world. With a healthy coaching and consulting business we have realized success greater than our wildest imagination.
I have created a total and complete system to make this happen, but, if there is THE ONE THING that I attribute my success to, more than any other, is the ability to create motivated, skilled employees of character in any business (small business, corporate America, groups of teachers…you name it).
But the story gets much more interesting. My business will never be the same again…not since I have been diagnosed with esophageal cancer in late 2007. I have now decided that I cannot consult personally with all the businesses (owners or HR departments) who want my assistance, but that this set of tools needs to be modified. I needed to make it a done-for-you package that YOU can use to create that magical team that you want, and NEED in your business.
